Norterra Salon & Spa spectacularly broad array of beauty services provides wide and varied avenues toward the ideal you. Hair services by the most talented stylist. Chemical services that achieve the most perfect hues. Treatments to revitalize your hair for ultimate health and maximum sheer. Bridal services for your perfect day. And nails, manicures, pedicure, facials, waxing, and makeup services that put the finishing touches on your gorgeous new look.

Scheduling:

To secure your desired time, make your reservation early. If you would like to request a particular salon's staff member, please let us know when you book your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy:

We ask for the courtesy of a 24 hour notification if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Punctuality:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.  If you arrive late for your service, your treatment may be modified. All treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.   If  you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. 

Gratuity:

Gratuities are not included in our services or package pricing and are given at your discretion (15% to 20% is customary). We gladly accept gratuities via cash, debit, or credit card. 

During Your Visit:

To get the most out of your treatment, please communicate withth our stylists, massage therapists, nail techs, or estheticians and let us know if you have concerns or questions regarding your service(s) before they start. 

Age Requirements:

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to have a private spa treatment.  

Children's Safety Policy:

An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 years old at all times. Children may not be left alone in the waiting area at any time.  Children are NOT  permitted to join the parent on the salon floor during the parent's service(s) for the safety of the child, parent, and salon staff.  The parent of any disruptive or especially loud child will be asked to remove the child from the salon for safety reasons and out of respect for other clients.  Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.  Thank you for your support and understanding of our policy regarding children & child safety.

If You Are Pregnant:

Your medical professional's consent is requested before we being your treatment. If this is unobtainable, we request that you sign a waiver of liability prior to your service. Let us know when you make your reservation which trimester you will be in at your appointment time. 

Cell Phones:

Please be courteous to all our guests and staff by turning off your cell phones prior to entering our Spa.  

Product Returns:

Norterra Salon & Spa cannot accept returns on makeup or nail polish. We will gladly exchange or offer store credit for other products that may cause irritation or allergic reaction within 30 days of purchase.
